How does Clavél ship their products?

Our standard shipping is via UPS SurePost. If you need the shipment overnight or 2 day air it will be delivered by UPS. We normally ship out orders within 1 business day of receipt. Most orders will arrive within 3-4 business days.

How can I check the status of my order?

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a email confirmation that will have a tracking number for your package.

Is your website secure?

Clavél recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of anyone who visits our site. Clavél does not sell, rent, trade or otherwise knowingly share or provide your information to a third party. What is your return policy?
